Pennington

Parametrix hired David Pennington as vice president of infrastructure and environmental services in the Southwest. Pennington will work to grow the firm's transportation and environmental services in New Mexico and Utah, and its Colorado and Arizona presence. He will be on the corporate leadership team and have company-wide responsibilities. He spent nearly 20 years at WSP/Parsons Brinckerhoff. Parametrix provides engineering, planning and environmental sciences.
