HBB Landscape Architecture promoted Rachel Dotson to senior associate and Michael Walton to associate. Dotson has 11 years of experience on military, civic, transportation and education projects and urban design, including Seattle City Light's Denny Substation. Walton is an arborist and restoration ecologist who has worked on urban corridors, college campuses, infrastructure projects and parks, including Lincoln Landing on Mercer Island.
