Holmes

Mark Holmes joined HNTB Corp. as construction services deputy director for the Northwest. Holmes is based in Bellevue and manages construction projects for the city of Seattle and other clients. He has done project management for interchange, arterial and local roads, utilities and site grading. He has led teams on projects that include Snoqualmie's Tokul Road Roundabout/SR 202 improvements. HNTB is an infrastructure firm.
