In Spokane, ALSC Architects promoted Troy Bishop to director of design, Kim Phelps to director of technical design and Greg Francis to director of operations. Bishop has 14 years of experience. At ALSC, he has led design for Northern Quest Resort & Casino expansion, Whitworth University Athletic Leadership Center and Southridge High School in Kennewick. Phelps has over 22 years of experience. She has been a project manager for educational facilities that include North Pines Middle School replacement and Evergreen Middle School renovation/addition for Central Valley School District. Francis has over 25 years of IT experience, including managing large teams. He has an MBA from Gonzaga University and a background in technology specification and implementation, personnel management, budgeting, compliance, risk management and business process improvement. ALSC provides planning and design services.
