Jay Mezher joined Mott MacDonald as digital delivery leader for the North American region. Mezher is an architect with over 20 years of experience. Based in Seattle, he will participate in digital delivery strategic planning and expand the firm's project delivery capabilities. He spent over 17 years at a major engineering firm, and has worked on California High-Speed Rail, LaGuardia International Airport and the Eurasia Tunnel in Istanbul.
