Blueline hired Lucas Zirotti and Sam Chapman as engineers-in-training and Nick Rasor and Garrett Wine as project engineers. Zirotti works on residential and commercial projects. He has a bachelor's in civil engineering from Northern Arizona University and was a project engineer for CECO Concrete Construction. Chapman works on residential and public works projects. He has a bachelor's in civil engineering from Washington State University and has done design support for public works projects at Otak. Rasor works on residential projects. He has a bachelor's in civil engineering from Walla Walla University and was an associate engineer for Ruggeri-Jensen-Azar and a project manager for International Seismic Application Technologies. Wine works on commercial, mixed-use and residential projects. He has a bachelor's in civil engineering from Clemson University and was director of civil engineering for a firm in Greenville, S.C. Blueline provides civil engineering, land use planning, and landscape architecture services.
