Daniel's Broiler plans to open in December at the Hyatt Regency Seattle at 808 Howell St.
The 14,000-square-foot restaurant will be on the second floor of the hotel, which is finishing up.
This will be Schwartz Bros. Restaurants' fourth Daniel's Broiler location. It now operates in South Lake Union, Leschi and Bellevue.
Graham Baba Architects is the interior architect and interior designer for the restaurant, which will seat roughly 400 people, with a main dining area, private dining, the main bar and a prime bar.
In a press release, Graham Baba said it is working with Schwartz to evolve the brand, re-interpreting the restaurant's classic steakhouse elements with a more modern aesthetic that still reflects the restaurant's history and Northwest design.
The team also includes Sellen Construction, contractor; and consultants ARUP, mechanical, electrical, plumbing; Ricca Design Studios, culinary design; Smith & Greene, kitchen equipment; and HLB, lighting.
LMN Architects designed the building and is the architect of record for the restaurant.
