In Kirkland, Blueline hired Lee Ann Ryan and Chase Killebrew as assistant planners, Shantel Romer as an engineer and James Reynes as an engineer/construction inspector. Ryan has a master's in urban planning from the University of Washington and interned with Friends of Waterfront Seattle. She will work on site feasibilities and permit coordination. Killebrew has a master's in urban planning from the UW and interned with Seattle Department of Transportation. He will help coordinate permits and be a liaison between clients and local jurisdictions. Romer will work on residential and commercial projects. She holds a bachelor's in civil engineering from the University of Arkansas and was an engineer for Adrian V. Rollins' firm in the Bahamas. Reynes works on public works projects. He has a bachelor's in civil engineering from the UW and was an assistant project manager with Denizen Development Group building townhouses in Seattle. Blueline provides civil engineering, land use planning and landscape architecture.
