Seattle-based Quantum Consulting Engineers promoted Scott Tinker to principal and Frank Unocic to associate. It hired Travis Michaud as a project engineer, Thanh C. Nguyen as a staff engineer and Aiko Hollinger as marketing manager. Tinker has over 20 years of experience in structural design and seismic engineering. He specializes in commercial, residential and mixed-use projects. Unocic has over 20 years of experience in structural design and seismic engineering, specializing in residential, commercial and telecom projects. Michaud has a bachelor's in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire and six years of experience. Nguyen has a bachelor's in civil engineering from Washington State University and four years of experience. Hollinger has a bachelor's in public relations from Gonzaga University and 10 years of experience in marketing, graphic design and public relations. Quantum provides structural design, seismic analysis and value engineering services.
