Muething has a master's in marine resource management and experience in projects involving aquaculture and eelgrass beds; estuarine field sampling; taxonomy; and data collection and management. They will do permitting and environmental documentation for marine and freshwater projects. Confluence specializes in natural resource services; restoration/mitigation; and regulatory strategy, compliance, and permitting.
