Hayden, Idaho-based Allwest Testing & Engineering hired Jane Salmons as its human resources manager. Salmons was with Trindera Engineering for 11 years, most recently as human resources director. She also spent over 14 years at Puget Sound Energy in operations support. Allwest is an engineering, environmental, and construction materials testing firm.
