Bellevue-based Wood Harbinger promoted Nick Baker and June Mechure to associate principal and hired Joe Leysath as a senior project manager. Baker leads the mechanical engineering and commissioning teams and is a market leader for the transportation, municipal and aviation sectors. He has 12 years of experience and helped build commissioning into a successful service line for the firm. Mechure is a market leader for health care. The electrical engineer and project manager has over 25 years of experience in health care engineering for facilities in the Puget Sound area, including Harborview, Northwest and Valley medical centers. Leysath will be a military market leader alongside Bruce Alward to serve Department of Defense and federal agency clients. He has over 30 years of experience, including previously at Wood Harbinger, in electrical engineering, security systems design and project management for projects and markets.
