Kerbs supervises area managers for its five offices in Idaho, Washington and Montana, and oversees internal training. He was area manager for the Meridian, Idaho, office, and has over 40 years of experience. He has been principal owner of a civil engineering firm and a materials testing and geotechnical engineering firm. Allwest is an engineering, environmental, and construction materials testing firm.
