Should Seattle try ‘modest density'?

Seattle’s Roosevelt neighborhood is seeing more multifamily development.

AIA Seattle's Urban Design Forum will host a panel discussion on the new “Neighborhoods for All” report that explores adding “modest density” in the city's single-family residential areas, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. April 25 at 1010 Western Ave.
