Tour focuses on local suburban renaissance

Mixed-use, medium-density development is becoming more common in downtown Bothell.

AIA Seattle's Urban Design Forum and The Urbanist will offer a tour of Kenmore and Bothell titled “Suburban Renaissance” from 2 to 6 p.m. July 20.
