In Tacoma, BCRA promoted Lori Robbin, Justin Goroch, Joe Rydman, Heather Hocklander and Ben Dort to the newly created position of associate principal.

Robbin has been with BCRA for 16 years. She leads the interior design group and works in multiple markets with an emphasis in education and YMCAs. She also leads internal design initiatives. Goroch is a civil engineer who was hired 13 years ago. He works in the residential, education and YMCA markets and is market lead for the single-family residential market.

Rydman is an architect who has been with BCRA for 14 years. He is the multifamily residential market lead, with projects that have included Madison 25, Stadium Apartments and The Luke. Architect Heather Hocklander was hired 19 years ago and leads the education market. She is managing projects with Tacoma Public Schools, and the Centralia, Yelm and Peninsula school districts. She has project management and alternative project delivery experience.

Dort is a civil engineer who leads the public works market and serves parks and recreation clients. He has worked to grow BCRA's civil engineering capabilities in his 12 years with the firm. He will continue leading projects and working with local agencies, and will lead operational initiatives.

BCRA offers architecture, interior design, civil engineering, structural engineering, land use planning and landscape architecture.
