Tacoma completes latest Prairie Line Trail segment

  • The bike and pedestrian trail will be a mile long when it's done. The city is seeking funds to build the last leg.

    The latest segment of downtown Tacoma's Prairie Line Trail — from the University of Washington Tacoma campus to the Foss Waterfront — is complete, and a celebration is planned from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. today.
