Starbucks opens its biggest roastery yet — in Chicago

At the Experiential Coffee Bar on the third floor, customers can order nitrogen-infused gelato in addition to coffee tasting flights.

Starbucks describes the 56-foot-tall cask as a sculpture that acts like an hourglass, with the roasted beans as the grains of sand. Roasted coffee moves through tubes in all directions.
