Seattle-based Caron Architecture hired Brock Williams as a senior project manager, Sun Kim as a project architect and Hannah Kramer, Vivianna Wang and Natalia Jara as project designers. Williams has over 20 years of architectural and project management experience. He specializes in multifamily, hospitality, retail and high-rise developments, and is working on a local transit-oriented development. Kim has over 15 years of experience on residential, mixed-use multifamily, education, office and commercial projects in Seattle and South Korea. He is designing a mid-rise mixed-use project in Seattle.
Kramer has over four years of experience on multifamily residential and commercial projects. She is working on Trad Apartments, a seven-story, 180,000 square-foot mixed-use project in Shoreline. Wang has over four years of architecture and interior design experience and is working on multifamily and mixed-use projects in Seattle. Jara has six years of residential and commercial design experience. She will work on a multifamily development in Seattle. Caron provides pre-development/master planning, architecture, interior design and space planning.
