Rice Fergus Miller hired Gunnar Gladics as an architect in the fire and emergency services studio and O. Blake Webber IV as an architect in the health care studio. Gladics has experience as a firefighter and EMT and as a research scientist. Webber has 10 years of experience in health care projects ranging from in-house renovations to multimillion-dollar expansions. The 48-person architecture, interior design, planning and visualization firm is based in Bremerton.
