Cobley has 20 years of experience that includes project planning, community plan involvement implementation, comprehensive plan updates and amendments, emergency response and hazard mitigation plans, and she is a certified Envision Sustainability Professional. Pace is a civil and structural engineering, planning and surveying firm, with offices also in Everett, Wenatchee and Lake Oswego, Oregon.
