In Kirkland, Blueline hired Michelle Roberge as a project engineer and Mary Koutrelakos as an engineer. In Mill Creek, it hired Valerie Tuttle as a construction inspector on public works projects, and in Tukwila it hired Raylee McKinley as a landscape designer.
Roberge works on residential and commercial projects. She has a bachelor's in civil engineering from Syracuse University and experience in site/civil design in the private and government sectors. Koutrelakos works on commercial projects. She has a bachelor's in civil engineering from the University of Washington and experience working on Yesler Bridge in downtown Seattle and as an intern for Seattle Public Utilities. Tuttle has a bachelor's in engineering and management from Clarkson University and interned as an inside technical analyst for Xylem Inc. in New York. McKinley works on park, trail and mixed-use development projects. She has a master's in landscape architecture from Ohio State University. She has done design work in the U.S. and internationally on projects that include parks, trails, complete streets, mixed-use, hospitality and high-end residential. Blueline provides civil engineering, land use planning and landscape architecture.
