Krutz has nine years of experience at Seattle design firms leading hospitality, fine dining and residential projects, and 3D modeling experience and technical skills in digital presentation and renderings. She is designing interiors for boutique condo projects in Queen Anne and Capitol Hill, a 54-unit residential mixed-use project in Crown Hill and for the new Lake Wilderness Golf Course Clubhouse in Maple Valley. Simons has seven years of experience as an architect, which includes residential, commercial office, hospitality and master planning projects in New York City and Asia. He is working on the Crown Hill project and conceptual design and master planning of a Sedro-Woolley community with retail, multifamily, office and hotel buildings.
