Degenkolb Engineers hired Mike Bramhall as a principal and Scott Thomas as a senior associate in Seattle, and Cecelia Larson as an associate in Portland. Bramhall is on the forensics team in the Northwest. He has over 30 years of experience in structural and forensic engineering. He is focusing on repair and reconstruction of damaged buildings, structural damage investigations and assessments and structural engineering expert witness services. Thomas has over 30 years of experience investigating structural, civil and building envelope failures. He has a background in materials testing and inspection and provides engineering support to the insurance, legal and building management industries for construction defect litigation. Larson has over a decade of experience in structural forensics engineering. She does structural damage assessments and damage investigations for property losses and is an expert witness for commercial, residential and marine facilities. She works in southern Washington and Oregon. Degenkolb provides structural, seismic and forensic engineering services.
