Seattle-based McKinstry has expanded its national and regional technical services business. It named Phil Saieg as national director of technical services and promoted several executives to lead teams for technical services, which includes commissioning, facility condition assessments, active energy management and other services that optimize facility operations. Saieg led McKinstry's Rocky Mountain Region technical services team and has eight years with the firm. Others assuming new leadership roles for technical services include Geremy Wolff, who is now Pacific Northwest regional director; Quinn Tolbert, who is South regional director; and Mayur Patel, who is Midwest regional director. Wolff has been in the technical services team in Western Washington, and has 22 years with McKinstry. Tolbert has 15 years of performance contracting experience. He joined McKinstry in 2010 and has been a business unit manager, sales director, business development manager and project director. Patel has nearly 25 years of experience as a project development director, project director and project engineer, including the past 11 years with McKinstry, a national construction and energy services firm.
