Waterfront virtual arts residency launches in Seattle

Friends of Waterfront Seattle and the Seattle Office of the Waterfront and Civic Projects launched Future Forward: Artist-In-Residency, a plan to provide immediate opportunities for local artists that will support the long-term health of the future waterfront park.
