Spokane Falls Community College planning $40M fine arts building

    The Fine and Applied Arts Building will be limited to two stories to help preserve views from the bluff overlooking the Spokane River.

    Community Colleges of Spokane is planning a new building that will house the College of Fine and Applied Arts at Spokane Falls Community College.
