Seattle district seeks input on new school

Mahlum Architects is designing the replacement school.

The district is requesting departures from several city zoning regulations for the $88.1 million project. They are greater building height, bicycle parking standards, addition of an electric message board, and reduction of on-site parking and short- and long-term bicycle parking.
