SCIDpda owns and manages affordable and workforce housing buildings, including the Bush Hotel, and the New Central Building and Louisa Hotel, in the middle of the top row facing the street.

The Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority will hold it 2020 fundraiser virtually from 6 to 7 p.m. Oct. 2 live from the Bush Hotel.
