LEED certified storage opens in Shoreline

The facility has 802 storage units and a covered loading dock with a raised loading platform that can accommodate four moving trucks simultaneously.

Ballinger Heated Storage opened in October 2019 at 20029 19th Ave. N.E. in Shoreline.
