113 Eastlake units move closer to MUP

The new project would replace the old Cortina apartments, previously known as the Clare-Ann.

The old 22-unit Cortina apartments, at 2001 Eastlake Ave. E., are bound for redevelopment. Gramor Development and Caron Architecture have taken their six-story, 109-unit plan through design review, and applied for a master use permit.
