Seattle firm Lund Opsahl promoted Owen Bower to principal and Tony Mason to senior associate. Bower works on healthcare, educational, industrial, civic and commercial projects. His recent work includes Bainbridge Island Performing Arts Center, Shoreline Community College's health sciences complex, Skagit Transit Maintenance, Operations, and Administration Facility and multiple Department of Social and Health Services behavioral health facilities. Mason has a background in construction and structural engineering and experience in healthcare, civic, commercial, construction engineering, multifamily and industrial projects. His recent work includes Seattle-Tacoma International Airport's Concourse D Annex, EvergreenHealth's Critical Care Unit, 100 Multnomah Office Tower in Portland and the Washington Labor & Industries and Department of Agriculture building in Tumwater. Lund Opsahl provides structural and seismic engineering.
