Seattle-based Coughlin Porter Lundeen promoted Aaron Fjelstad and Jackie Sempel to civil associate, Christen Sanders and Marie Ternes to structural project manager, Walt Busch, Eric Dixon and Ben Frizzell to structural associate and Mike Armstrong to senior structural project manager. Fjelstad specializes in challenging urban sites. Sempel establishes a collaborative environment with contractors, jurisdictions, mentees and others she works with. Dixon has extensive experience with concrete and steel construction as well as mass timber across a variety of building types. Frizzell's work has included the Enumclaw High School modernization, Sitka and Palihotel Seattle. He specializes in residential, preK-12 and renovation projects. Specializing in excavation and shoring, Armstrong oversees the firm's most complex shoring projects. He also focuses on fire stations and the preK-12 market.
