Marseille

Seattle-based Sazan Group hired Tom Marseille as a principal consultant and Brian Griffith as a senior mechanical designer. Both have more than 30 years of industry experience and have contributed to LEED certified Northwest projects that include the University of Washington Health Sciences and Education Building and the Allen Institute for Brain Science Block 42 Research Lab, both in Seattle, and the Edith Green Federal Building in Portland. Marseille has a background in ultra-low and net zero energy buildings and delivers integrated high-performance building solutions for clients. He will aim to accelerate the growth of Sazan's MEPT and sustainable service offerings. Griffith is one of the first certified LEED APs in the world. He will teach teams how to apply sustainable solutions in various areas, including radiant systems, chilled beam systems, natural ventilation, Net Zero Laboratories and innovative facades. He will also focus on field and sustainability services for Seattle Children's Hospital and work in other market sectors. Sazan provides MEP services and lighting, fire protection and information and communications technology system design.
