DCI Engineers, a civil and structural engineering firm, promoted TJ Hamad to project manager and Julie Reed to payroll manager in Seattle. At DCI, Hamad has supported multifamily residential, podium and multi-level warehouse projects in Washington, California and Illinois. Since joining DCI, Reed's responsibilities have evolved to maintaining ADP payroll information and tax calculations for staff in all 13 offices. She is an advocate of the firm's benefit package and collaborates with the accounting firm responsible for annual 401(k) reviews.
