Bellingham-based RMC Architects promoted Christopher Mead and Jason Williard to associate. Also, he has contributed to these multifamily projects in Bellingham: Walton Place One and Two, Eleanor Place and Cornerstone in Barkley Village. Williard has worked on some of RMC's most notable projects, including Peoples Bank in the Barkley Financial District and the Rocket Building in the Fairhaven Historic District, both in Bellingham, and Spring Street Landing on the Friday Harbor waterfront. He is working on Bellingham Public Schools' District Office Building in Bellingham. As an associate, he will help with marketing and business development. RMC offers planning and design services.
