Catherine Hovell, Ph.D. joined HNTB as senior project manager and associate vice president in the Northwest division. Hovell has over a decade of design and project delivery experience. She is based in the Bellevue office and supports the pursuit and delivery of major design-build transportation projects in the region. Previously, Hovell worked for another consulting firm in project management, geographic leadership and bridge design, specializing in design-build delivery including projects for the Washington State Department of Transportation and Sound Transit. HNTB is an infrastructure firm.
