In Seattle, Arup promoted Cress Wakefield to associate principal and Tom Leggate to associate. Wakefield is an electrical engineer with over 20 years of experience in the design of electrical systems and multidisciplinary project management. She has experience with master-planning, renewables, energy resilience, district energy and building electrical distribution. She has worked on campus, office, education, museum, healthcare, central utility plant and hospitality projects. Leggate is an electrical engineer and project manager with experience designing and delivering complex electrical systems across multiple building types. In over 14 years at Arup, he has worked with multidisciplinary teams in London, New York and Seattle in sectors that include existing buildings, aviation, rail, museums and laboratories. Arup is a global engineering and consulting firm.
