Parametrix hired Tom Messana and Dave Moss as senior consultants, Chris Hiatt as a senior engineer and Jake Linke as a water engineer in its Puget Sound region water division. Messana has over 40 years of experience providing program, project and engineering management for electrical and industrial projects. His project experience spans multiple industries and he has worked nationally and internationally. He comes to Parametrix from Barry-Wehmiller Design Group via Parker, Messana & Associates (PMA Engineering) which he owned and operated for 25 years. Moss has over 40 years of experience working on municipal and industrial water resources projects. He previously was part of Parametrix's Portland office, providing environmental consulting services. Most recently he was the water reclamation manager and capital projects manager for Spokane County's Environmental Services Department. Hiatt has 18 years of experience providing engineering design and construction services for cities, counties and water and sewer districts. His project experience includes pipelines, pump stations, on-site stormwater collection, building/facility upgrades and planning. He was with Murraysmith. Linke has seven years of experience in civil engineering with a structural focus, working primarily on marine structures. He comes to Parametrix from BergerABAM/WSP. Hiatt works in the Seattle office and the others are in Puyallup. Parametrix provides engineering, planning and environmental sciences.
