Seattle's largest Passive House project wins 2 Passive House Institute awards

Solis, a mid-rise, multifamily project on Seattle's Capitol Hill, has won two awards from the Passive House Institute United States: Best Multifamily Project and Best Overall Project of the Year. The property is the largest multifamily Passive House project in Washington state.
