Good Arts, Historic Seattle team up to save Pioneer Square building

The Good Arts Building has been home to a diverse array of business and organizations since completion in 1890.

The community-based preservation organization Historic Seattle is teaming up with the owners of Pioneer Square's Good Arts Building to preserve the property, located at 110 Cherry St. on the corner of First Avenue, and continue its mission as a hub for arts, culture and creative enterprises in perpetuity.
