South Landing EcoDistrict wins Sustainable Development of the Year award

Spokane's South Landing EcoDistrict was named Sustainable Development of the Year by NAIOP Washington State (NAIOPWA) at the association's 2021 Night of the Stars awards ceremony. South Landing is a unique collaborative effort of diverse industry partners – including Emerald Initiative, McKinstry, Avista, Edo, Michael Green Architecture and Eastern Washington University – that proves zero-energy and zero-carbon buildings are possible in any market at zero cost premium.
