Housing Hope project is a model for sustainable low-income housing

Over 500 rooftop solar panels will generate enough power to offset 100% of the building’s residential energy use.

Housing Hope's HopeWorks Station II, completed in 2019, is a multifamily low-income housing project in Everett that provides a model for achieving net-zero in affordable housing. Beacon Development Group is the developer for HopeWorks and Housing Hope — a nonprofit that “promotes and provides affordable housing and tailored services to reduce homelessness and poverty for residents of Snohomish County and Camano Island.”
