Skagit County building 70 units of housing for the homeless

Martha’s Place will open in early 2023 with 70 units and on-site supportive services.

Skagit County Public Health and Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington last month started construction on Martha's Place, a 70-unit permanent supportive housing development for the homeless and those at risk of being homeless. The building is rising at 1925 E. College Way in Mount Vernon and is expected to open in February 2023.
