GGLO leases space in Rainier Tower

Rainier Tower opened in 1972.

After more than 20 years at the Harbor Steps building at 1301 First Ave., it appears that architecture and design firm GGLO is moving to a new office in the Rainier Tower. Broderick Group, who owns Rainier Tower, reported the lease in its fourth-quarter report for the Seattle office market. The lease is for 20,279 square feet of office space, which is slightly smaller than the firm's current office.
