GGLO announced eight staff promotions. Danielle Stehman, Geoffrey Parks, Hannah Estrich, Harut Voskanyan, John Justham, Lexi Crates, Michael Lipko, and Whitney Lewis have all been promoted to associate. Stehman joined GGLO's Boise office in 2020. Her work is grounded in the ongoing pursuit of sustainable urban design at all scales. Originally from the East Coast, her projects have focused on adaptive reuse of older building stock. She is particularly interested in how policy around land-use planning and housing affordability can shape a healthy diversity in our cities, while preserving our natural wilderness. Parks joined GGLO's Boise office and has played an integral part in many of the firm's projects in the Mountain West region. With over 25 years of experience, he has been part of a broad array of project types. Parks is a past president of AIA Central Oklahoma. He was a member of the Oklahoma City Historic Preservation Commission for seven years and currently sits on the Idaho State Historic Sites Review Board.

Since joining GGLO in 2019, Estrich has worked in model management, design documentation, detail development and material research, and has extensive experience in high-end retail and architectural hardware design. Estrich serves on GGLO's Justice, Equity, Diversion and Inclusion (JEDI) committee, Equitable Design group and Fabrication Shop team. Voskanyan has been working in architecture for over 15 years on a number of projects ranging in typology and scale throughout California. Starting early in his career he had the opportunity to take on developing Revit standards at his past two firms.

Since joining GGLO in 2017, Justham has kept all three of GGLO's offices running smoothly as the firm's office administrator. Justham has years of experience in the hospitality industry and at GGLO has coordinated firm-wide events and managed daily office operations, creating positive interactions with other GGLO employees and anyone who interacts with the company's offices. Crates has over eight years of experience. As a Wisconsin native, she earned her bachelor of science degree in architectural studies and masters of architecture from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Although the majority of her time has been spent in the Midwest, her project scope ranges from China, Canada and all throughout the United States. Crates has experience in a wide range of project types including office spaces, tall buildings, multifamily residences and senior living facilities.

Lipko hails from the Atlantic Northeast, where for over 16 years he worked on a diversity of landscape projects for civic, institutional, commercial and residential clients throughout the bioregion. Lewis has eight years of experience in multifamily and commercial markets in Washington and California. Active within AIA Seattle, she was one of the co-chairs of AIA Seattle's Diversity Roundtable, where she worked to promote the committee locally, regionally and at a national level. Lewis is on the AIA Seattle board of directors, is the chair of the Professional Practice steering committee, is a co-chair for the Justice and Equity for Diversity and Inclusion task force, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute Pacific Northwest Affordable and Workforce Housing Council. She also serves on GGLO's Justice, Equity, Diversion and Inclusion committee and Equitable Design group.
