BCRA hired four new employees, DJ Dean, Arman Sufi, Alesha Huson and Mariana Dominguez. Dean, AIA, RA, LEED AP, ENV SP is a senior level architect and former principal at KPG who brings more than 18 years of experience and leadership to BCRA. He primarily worked in the public/municipal sector, as well as the private industrial market, and has extensive experience in sustainable design. At BCRA, he will have the opportunity to serve a variety of markets and will be based in the Tacoma office. Sufi is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo's architecture program. He joins BCRA's Tacoma office and will be supporting the residential/multifamily market.

Huson, LEED GA joins BCRA from KATERRA where she worked as a senior BIM manager for 3 1/2 years. She has joined the company's newly formed Spokane-based team as an associate architectural designer and will primarily support the retail/hospitality market. Dominguez is a graduate of University of Oregon's architecture program. She previously worked as an intern with BCRA and will be supporting the residential market. She is based in the Tacoma office.
