Quantum Consulting Engineers has promoted two engineers to associate and hired a new engineer. Amanda Reynolds and Matt Wion have been promoted to associate. Reynolds has been working in the industry since 2004 and has been with Quantum for twelve years. Wion is rounding up 11 years in the field with eight years at Quantum.

Tim Wion has joined the team. Wion went to California State University, Chico. He previously worked for Equilibria Structural Engineering for five years.
