Makers architecture and urban design, LLP announced five promotions to associate 2: Beth Batchelder, Rishabh Ukil, Scott Bonjukian, Jena Gerry and Dylan Yamashita. Makers also promoted Carter Graydon to senior IT systems engineer.

Batchelder is a trained landscape designer and planner on the facilities planning team, experienced in facilitation and engaging stakeholders in the planning process. She has spearheaded Makers' efforts to improve understanding and practice related to equity. Also on the facilities team, Ukil has had a significant role in Makers' electric vehicle infrastructure projects, working on EV infrastructure needs assessment and code and policy analysis. Bonjukian, on the community planning team, has strong research skills and is effective at distilling complex information. He has shared his expertise at local, state and national conferences on topics including progressing parking code reform and updates to the Washington State Environmental Policy Act.

Gerry is an experienced project manager, with a knack for identifying skillsets and deploying resources. She has brought her graphic and data analysis skills to projects for federal clients, such as the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. Also on the federal team, Yamashita uses graphic representation and effective communication to assist clients in understanding project constraints and deriving solutions. He has worked on diverse projects, including waterfront improvements and military base planning.

Graydon is a performance-driven systems engineer with a track record of designing and configuring secure, reliable, and scalable networks. He is committed to improved system performance and finding innovative solutions to a host of IT challenges. He is currently leading Makers' federal NIST and CMMC compliance efforts.
