Perkins Will ready for first design review for UW Medicine building

Looking east, the new UW Medicine building will face Alexandria’s Mercer Blocks (indicated at left).

Vulcan Real Estate, Perkins Will and UW Medicine have had a long-brewing plan for a third connected building on the same full block in South Lake Union. What they call Phase 3.3 will have its first design review on June 15, in a virtual presentation.
